Who is it for?

Children and young people, ASD, brain injury, SEND, PTSD, anxiety and depression,

Communication, social connection, emotional self expression, fine and gross motor movement, agency, self confidence. 

Includes:

Supported musical improvisation and exploration, music skills, joint play (playing together), movement, music and mood, songwriting, music technology

Trauma-Focused Creative Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Who is it for?

Children and young people who have experienced a traumatic event(s) who may have PTSD, anxiety or depression.

Goals:

Addressing and processing trauma, building resilience, self-awareness and self-confidence, body awareness and mindfulness, emotional self expression, building a toolkit for independent recovery alongside family and carers.

Includes:

CBT skills in resilience and grounding techniques, creative self-care skill building, trauma processing, songwriting and music making using traditional and electronic instruments, sand story therapy and sand tray, safety planning, 

Group Creative Music Therapy

Who is it for?

Children and young people / adults / older adults. 

Goals:

Social connection, communication, emotional expression, mood enhancing, self-expression, self-confidence, fine and gross motor skills, 

Includes:

Singing and playing songs together, music and movement, musical games, rhythm and percussion, storytelling, skill building. 

Creative Therapy Sessions

Sessions start with a meeting, assessment, sessions, final assessments and a report.
